Production Timelines

Most pieces at Estelle Couture are hand-embroidered and made to order in our Delhi atelier. Typical production time is 3–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. For urgent occasions, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility and rush charges.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Shipped via reputed courier partners; tracking provided.
• Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Complimentary shipping on prepaid orders above ₹25,000.
• Cash on Delivery is not currently available.

International Shipping

• Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent. Tracking provided.
• Delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Duties & taxes: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are payable to the courier on delivery, unless prepaid at checkout where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is crafted to order, our return policy is as follows:

• Ready-to-wear (non-custom) pieces: may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
• Bespoke, made-to-measure, and customised orders: are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made to your specifications.
• Sale items: are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@estellecouture.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99996 04040 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Items must reach our atelier within 7 days of return approval.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. International refunds may take longer to reflect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
