These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of estellecouture.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil bespoke specifications.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders and US Dollars (USD) for international orders.
• Domestic orders include applicable GST where required by Indian law.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes payable by the recipient on delivery.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers. You confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

5. Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Most pieces at Estelle Couture are hand-embroidered and finished to order. Production timelines of 3–6 weeks apply unless otherwise stated. Minor variations in colour, hand-embroidery, and fabric texture are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and are not defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Estelle Couture and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estelle Couture's total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
